The Yuma Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate Hoch Real Estate on being selected as December’s Member of the Month! While many of you are familiar with the friendly faces of the ladies working at Hoch Real Estate, I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little bit more about Hoch Real Estate and the dream team that works so hard day in and day out!
Bernice has been in Yuma since 1973. Having owned a painting business, Bernice was able to work alongside the Hoch family for many years and saw the potential for an extremely successful career within the real estate industry. Bernice started working at Hoch Real Estate in 1994. She was a vital part of the team and quickly became passionate about real estate, so when the business was for sale – she knew what she wanted to do.
In 2003, Bernice bought Hoch Real Estate from the Hoch family, and she has been the owner since then. When asked what her favorite part was, Bernice said it all boils down to the customers. She absolutely loves the people that she gets to work with and the people that stop in to say hi.
When you think about real estate, many people immediately jump to homes. While that is a common form of real estate, it’s certainly not the only thing that Hoch Real Estate can help with! Hoch Real Estate offers residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural real estate services.
The Hoch Real Estate team is made up of seven different agents – each of them playing an important part in the success of the business. The current Hoch Real Estate team is made up of Bernice Pagel, Vickki Campbell, Amber Ringlein, Rachel Pagel, Kathleen Brown, Chad Rayl, Alice Swanson, and Jaden Winger. Something that is truly amazing about the team at Hoch Real Estate is that the agents that make up the team there all have different jobs. A major benefit of this for our community is that we are able to work with realtors that also happen to be coworks in other avenues, neighbors, and friends.
We want to thank Bernice and the entire team at Hoch Real Estate for being such a vital part of our community. Aside from helping people find the perfect home, her and her team are always ready to step up and help their community in any way that they can.
